This Privacy Policy explains how VA Digital (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you use vadigital.eu, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
Contact form: when you submit our form we process the name, email address and message you provide, to answer your enquiry.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 and Burst Statistics to understand site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Google Analytics is only loaded after you consent via our cookie banner.
Spam protection: our forms use hCaptcha to prevent abuse.
Server logs: our host records standard technical data (IP address, browser) for security and operation.
Legal basis
We process contact data to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / pre-contract), analytics on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and security logging on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Third parties
We share data only with processors that help us run the site: Google (Analytics), our hosting provider (united-domains / IONOS), and email delivery. We do not sell your data.

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google’s and our configured limits.
