Services
VA Digital provides web design and development, digital transformation, product consulting and project delivery services. The specific scope, price and timeline of any project are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over general statements on this site.
Quotes and contracts
Prices and packages shown on the site are indicative. A binding agreement is formed only through a signed proposal or written confirmation.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the deliverables we produce for a client (website, code, designs) become the client’s property, unless otherwise agreed. Content and materials on this website itself remain the property of VA Digital.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VA Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the client’s country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
